heat 3-4 tbsp. oil in pan
add 2 chopped onions and fry few sec.
add 2 chopped green chilli and few ginger pieces
and 1/4 cup cashew nuts
fry another min.
add 6-7 chopped tomatoes add little salt and cook on medium low flame around 6-8 min. with cover
add add 1/4 cup curd blended in blender fry another min let it cool down transfer this mixture into mixi grinder
and make smooth puree
heat 1 tbsp. oil in same pan add puree add 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp coriander powder 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1/4 tbsp suger and mix properly
add salt and 1/4 cup milk add few coriander leaves
and finally add paneer cubes and mix and let it cook few sec.
