How to make Shahi Paneer Recipe | शाही पनीर | Easy Cook with Food Junction

Today we will make Shahi Paneer
Add 4-5 tablespoons of ghee. This recipe is for 4-5 servings of Shahi Paneer
Let it heat
Add 4 chopped medium-sized red onions
Let the onions become a little golden
After 2 mins add peeled black and green cardamoms
And mix it in with the onions
Cover it for 3-4 mins
Remove the lid from the frying pan and give it all a toss
Cook the onions for a while without the lid on
Once the onions are golden on all sides, add 5 medium- sized chopped tomatoes
Then add a teaspoon of red chilli powder, zeera(cumin) powder, dhania(coriander) powder and some salt to taste(ideally 4 teaspoons)
Mix the spices in
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on a low flame for 5-7 mins
Remove the lid. The tomatoes and onions are just about cooked. Let it cook for another 4-5 mins with a lid on
Turn the flame off, cool the mix a little an add the mix to a blender and blend the mix to a fine paste
In another pot, add some ghee and add the paste in.
Cover the pot and let it cook on slow flame for 4-5 mins.
Remove the lid and add 4 tablespoons of tomato puree and mix it all in
Cover the mix and let it cook for another 5 mins
5 mins later, the gravy is now ready.
Add 400 grams of paneer cubes
Cover the mix and let it cook for another 5 mins
Remove the lid and add half a cup of fresh cream.
Cover the mix and let it cook for another 5 mins on a slow flame.
5 mins later, remove the lid, give it a stir,Shahi Paneer is now ready to serve!
